Terms of Service

Porfera provides a hosted customer relationship management platform for real estate professionals, including tools for managing listings, contacts, deals, and communications. We may add, change, or remove features over time to keep improving the product.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at info@porfera.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use Porfera to send spam, harass anyone, or violate any law, including data protection and consumer protection laws.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other customers' use of it.
• Resell, sublicense, or use Porfera to build a directly competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, usually after giving you a chance to fix the issue.

You keep all rights to the data, listings, contacts, files, and other content you put into Porfera ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely so we can provide the service to you. We won't use it for any other purpose, and we won't sell it.

Paid plans are charged monthly per user. The Monthly plan has no commitment and can be canceled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. The Annual plan has a 12-month commitment and is also paid monthly. Any early termination terms for the Annual plan are shown before purchase. Refund requests are handled under applicable law and the terms presented at checkout.

The free trial lasts for the period shown when you sign up. If you do not start a paid subscription by the end of the trial, access to the service may be restricted.

We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you're a business processing personal data of your own contacts through Porfera, you are the controller of that data and we act as the processor.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We perform maintenance from time to time and will give advance notice for planned downtime where reasonably possible.

Porfera may integrate with third-party services (for example, email providers, calendars, or property listing portals). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their behavior.

The Porfera name, logo, software, design, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You can cancel your subscription through your account or contact us to request closure of your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that puts other users or our infrastructure at risk. After termination, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or with a notice in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Porfera after that means you accept the updated terms.
