Privacy Policy

Porfera provides a customer relationship management platform for real estate professionals. Porfera is the controller of personal data collected through its website and for account and billing purposes. For contact and other third-party data customers add to the CRM, the customer is the controller and Porfera acts as processor. You can reach us at info@porfera.com.

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us: name, work email, company name, phone number, and any message content when you fill in a contact form, request a demo, sign up for a trial, or subscribe to updates.
• Information from using the product: account details, the listings and contacts you add, deal activity, files you upload, and basic usage logs needed to operate the service.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, pages visited, and referring URL. We collect this through first-party cookies and privacy-respecting analytics, only after you accept on the cookie banner.

• To provide, secure, and improve the Porfera product.
• To respond to sales, support, and partnership requests you send us.
• To send service messages (e.g. billing receipts, security alerts) and, only with your consent, occasional product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To measure how our marketing site performs in aggregate, so we can make it more useful.
• To meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the product you signed up for), legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve our business), consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and legal obligations (tax, accounting, and similar).

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Porfera (cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, customer support, and analytics) under contracts that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

If Porfera is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before it becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Porfera operates internationally. Where personal data is transferred outside your country of residence, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to keep that data protected.

We keep account and CRM data for as long as your workspace is active. When you delete your workspace, we remove your data from production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, unless we are legally required to keep it longer (for example, invoicing records). Marketing form submissions are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain uses. You can also withdraw consent at any time for things you previously opted into (like marketing emails). To exercise any of these rights, email info@porfera.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use a small number of essential cookies needed for the site to work (for example, remembering your cookie preference). Analytics cookies are only loaded after you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies for porfera.com.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest for stored CRM data, least-privilege access controls for employees, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep Porfera trustworthy.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice in the product before the changes take effect.
